Scott Chatelain is a talent and organizational change leader from the Charlotte, NC area. He has a background in leading organization development functions including Leadership Development, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Change.
Scott is a consultant for W.L Gore leading change and development efforts on an SAP implementation. Prior to Gore, Scott was Director of Talent Management at Duke Energy and Lee Hecht Harrison as SVP, Director of Professional Services. Scott has a broad range of HR Development experience and in a variety of corporate settings: Industries of telecom, banking, biotherapeutics, and consumer appliances.
He has worked with popular global brands including Electrolux, Wachovia, and France Telecom. With a Master's degree in Organization Development, and Bachelor's in Journalism, he holds SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications, and currently serves as Past President on the Association for Training Development (ATD) Charlotte Board. In his spare time, he loves to mountain bike, hike, and run trails."
