Tony Devine

President

Tony enjoyed working, learning, and leading in the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) industry with over 25 years of leadership in Senior Management, Sales, Marketing, NASCAR, and Training roles for Kimberly-Clark (K-C).  In order to be the best, and successfully compete among Proctor & Gamble and Georgia-Pacific, K-C invested heavily in its people with ongoing formal training and leadership development to consistently upskill and instill a growth-activated mindset. This passion for a well-trained and winning culture led Tony to purchase VisionCor, a Training and Development Corporation, to help organizations and people navigate problem-solving, create opportunities, and manage constant change in the marketplace.
