Trusted Advisor-Getting a Seat at the Table
Topic Overview:
As learning professionals, we excel at creating and delivering impactful content that drives business success. However, we often find ourselves excluded from crucial decisions regarding project initiation, timelines, and resource allocation. Instead, we are simply asked to "make it happen."
Imagine the difference we could make if we had a voice in these decisions. By influencing our Senior Leaders, we can ensure that our expertise is considered from the start, leading to more successful projects and a better work-life balance for us all.
In this session, we will explore strategies to secure a seat at the decision-making table and become Trusted Advisors to our leaders. Don't miss this opportunity to enhance your influence and drive meaningful change in your organization. We just might find a portion of it is very simple.
