Future-Ready Culture: Prepare Now with Somatic Intelligence

Topic Overview:

As the pace of workplace transformation accelerates, particularly with the integration of Artificial Intelligence, the business need for human skills becomes increasingly essential. "Future-Ready Culture: Prepare Now with Somatic Intelligence" is designed to equip Talent and Development professionals and leaders with the tools to foster these indispensable human skills within their organizations. This workshop explores somatic intelligence—beyond emotional intelligence—as the vital skill set for navigating the fast-paced, AI-enhanced workplace of the future. Participants will learn to harness the wisdom of their physiology to remain the calm, centered presence in any room, crucial for establishing the human connections and influence that AI cannot replicate.

Breakthrough research on mirror neurons will be highlighted to demonstrate how an individual’s somatic intelligence can positively influence team dynamics to promote a cohesive, resilient and proactive workplace culture.
