Program Description:

The VERY Latest Dish on Delivery from 5 Talent Development Master Chefs

An encore by popular demand! After the delicious chapter program on this topic in 2019, we know you know how to cook more than five dishes, but we also know that you STILL end up making three or four recipes on a regular basis, right? (OK, maybe you've switched out one or two of them...) Many of us know how to cook much more but end up making tuna casserole every other Wednesday. The same is true for training delivery techniques: Whether we've been in the industry for a month, a year, or a decade, we have a hard drive or file cabinet filled with different delivery activities, but we tend to stick with our same old go-to activities.

If you are a talent development professional looking to spice up your training delivery techniques, an instructional designer looking for intriguing flavors to add zest to programs, or simply have an appetite for learning about the newest trends in training delivery, come to this session. You'll have a chance to show how you added your own sweetness to the recipes you tasted at last year's program as well as snack on new recipes. Wendy will facilitate an interactive taste-test of recipes for fun, engaging training delivery (in-person, live virtual, asynchronous, AI, and/or more) from talent development leaders across the country.

Objectives:

  • Evaluate the recipes for delivery techniques for their potential to elevate your own training programs.
  • Identify at least one delivery technique to implement by adding it to an upcoming training program.
  • Adapt a recipe by adding a new twist to it to make it suitable to your own organization.
