● Identify small, bold actions that unlock greater engagement and resilience in teams. Recognize the signs of fear-based behavior in the workplace—and how to shift toward a culture of courage.

● Apply a simple framework for coaching employees and leaders through fear, uncertainty, and doubt (FUD).

● Small group brainstorm: "What would you do at work if you weren’t afraid?" Courage challenge mapping: identify a real situation at work where courage is needed, and workshop next steps.
