Online training may be the way of the future.. but it doesn't mean everyone wants to embrace it. 40% of employees receiving poor job training leave their jobs in the first year - with 77% of US companies using online training - could you be losing them .. without even realizing it?

In this session, we will talk about the differences in training and how you can get more out of each type of session. You'll learn a few tried and true techniques to get online learners learning and have a chance to build a few of your own.
