Learning Objectives:

  • Evaluation common assumptions around individuals and team performance
  • Distinguish critical business skills that drive collaboration and team performance
  • Identify what drives successful leadership

Based on current research around the top 20 most-trained soft skills, this program is an experiential learning exploration that leverages the difference between “learning about” and “having an experience of" to create a framework for a deeper understanding of success in the modern business world. With a drum provided for each participant to use during the session, this program uses rhythm and music as a metaphor for professional success, focusing on what drives both individual and team performance.
