During this hands-on workshop, we will explore the power behind well-designed and well-aligned mentoring programs.  Combining both practical tools and group activities, we will learn how to set up mentoring programs for long-term, sustainable success.  We will look at a developed evaluation plan and customize it for our own needs.  This workshop will help draw the line between mentoring and strategic results.
