Recognized performance measurements expert, Rick Jones, will guide participants through how the next generation –SLMS™ – came to be. The features and benefits of the SLMS will be explained and demonstrated. These include how the learner experiences the portal as a gateway to access, engage in, measure, and manage the learning experience.  Within the SLMS, the Kirkpatrick/Phillips model measures the effectiveness and value of the learning. And the SLMS is electronically linked to an organization’s Key Performance Indicators to ensure learning is aligned with bottom-line goals.
